What Can We Talk About?

Your session is guided by what is most useful to you. You might bring: • A specific question about your child's ADHD • A behaviour or situation you're finding difficult to understand • Questions about attention, emotional regulation, sensory needs or everyday routines • Something you've learned from the ADHD webinars that you'd like to explore further • Questions about strategies, resources or supports that may be worth considering • Uncertainty about where to start or what information to look at next We'll have a conversation about what's happening and explore ideas, perspectives and resources that may be relevant to your situation.

What You'll Get From the Session More Than Just Another List of ADHD Strategies The goal isn't to give you a long list of things to try. Instead, we'll focus on helping you make sense of your question and identify what may be useful to explore next. Depending on your situation, this may include:

A chance to talk it through. Share what's happening and ask questions in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

A different perspective. Explore ADHD through a neuro-affirming lens and consider what may be behind what you're seeing.

Practical ideas to consider. Where appropriate, we'll discuss general strategies or approaches that may be worth trying or learning more about.

Helpful resources and next steps. I can point you towards relevant information, resources or supports that may help you continue exploring your question.

Meet Your ADHD Coach

Katarina Visic

Senior Occupational Therapist & ADHD Coach

I support parents and families to better understand ADHD and consider practical, neuro-affirming ways to support their children in everyday life. My approach is focused on understanding the why behind what you're seeing, rather than simply providing a list of behaviour-management strategies. Whether you have one big question or aren't quite sure where to start, this session is an opportunity to talk it through and identify what might be useful for you to explore next.

What This Session Is — and Isn't

This is a 30-minute ADHD coaching conversation, not a comprehensive assessment or individualised therapy session. Thirty minutes isn't enough to fully understand your child's needs or develop a detailed personalised treatment plan. Instead, the session is designed to help you ask questions, gain perspective and work out what information or support may be most useful for your family. If you would like more ongoing or personalised coaching, additional 30-minute sessions can be booked.
